Structural concrete works to date are substantially completed. Installation of windows advances to 5th to 18th floors. Exterior primer painting now covers all sides of 17 floors.

Concreting status to date is already at the 18th Floor of Tower A. Major concrete pouring is now focused at tower levels. Exterior precast wall installation is still currently ongoing.

Work accomplishment is generally on-schedule with an overall actual physical accomplishment of 33.20 % as against a target of 32.09 % as of 14 January 2010.
Fair weather continues to grace the month which maximizes a good working pace for construction operations, especially for work shifts and material deliveries.
