 Listed property developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. said construction of its 39-storey Wharton Parksuites, the company’s third project in Binondo, Manila, remains on track with the completion of the concrete pouring on the 11th floor of the structure last Saturday, February 26, 2011.That brings the Wharton Parksuites construction to 28.75 percent completion to date, according to Anchor Land Holdings, Inc.
