Born from their passion for excellence and their willingness to establish a difference in the real estate industry, premiere entrepreneurs Mr. Stephen Lee and Mr. Steve Li Yi Chiang founded Anchorland Holdings Inc. on November 25, 2005.

Tracing the company’s humble beginnings, barely a month after, it acquired 100% of Manila Towers Development Corporation, a prime property in Binondo, Manila, where the grand Mandarin Square Condominium rose., through Anchor Properties Corporation (APC).

On December 2006, the merger of Anchorland Holdings and APC was finally approved by the board of Directors, as part of their unwavering commitment to their commitment to their niche market in providing nothing short of the best quality lifestyle they can afford.

At present, Anchorland Holdings Inc., continues to live up to its reputation as one of the fastest rising real estate players in the market today. Starting with Lee Tower, its first brainchild that was conceived years back, Anchorland Holdings Inc. came up with several projects that have already became famous landmarks in their respective areas like the Mandarin Square Tower and the Mayfair Tower.  Soon, another glorious high-rise development will tower over its competition in the master-planned ASEANA community in Macapagal: The Solemare.

There is an effective and appropriately constituted Board who received relevant information required to properly accomplish their duties.
