STEP 1
- Properly fill-up the BROKER'S ACCREDITATION FORM and submit together with the following documents.
( They could fill up the form but they could not download it. Only the BN group could access the file after they have submitted it )
STEP 2
- Send a copy of the DTI Registration of Business Name (Group Broker)
- Copy of current DTI Broker's license (Independent & Group Broker)
- 2 pcs. 1x1 I.D. picture
STEP 3
- Register to any of scheduled New Recruits Orientation indicated in the calendar of Events.
STEP 4
- After attending the N.R.O., you will be given the Broker's Accreditation Agreement for your signature.
STEP 5
- The agreement will then be forwarded to our AVP for her signature. A Signed copy of the said agreement will be given to you together with your company I.D.

- Complete Sales/Presentation Kit of all existing projects of ALHI.
- Unlimited marketing collaterals
- Participate in special, selected events hosted by the company such as but not limited to OPENHOUSE events, Exhibit booths, EXCLUSIVE for brokers.
- Newspaper Ads and Press Releases that will be one of your tool in marketing all projects and to establish to your clients that ALHI is truly Anchored by 100% Commitment.
- You will be receiving a monthly market update based on the history of sales for all existing projects.
- Extended assistance on pocket and corporate presentation for your prospective clients.
- Sponsorship on General Assemblies and/or other activities or events organized by your group.
- And as ALHI's way of acknowledging the enthusiasm and pledge of our brokers, there will be Free company trainings and sales clinic to further improve your expertise in our field of profession.
