LISTED PROPERTY developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. earned nearly P83 million in profits for first three months of the year, saying demand for its projects continued to be strong.

In a statement, Anchor Land said net income grew by 83% to P82.94 million from January to March, while revenues more than doubled to P454.62 million compared with last year’s P217 million. "Our sustained profitability during the first three months puts us in a position to at least match, if not surpass, our record earnings last year," Anchor Land Chairman Stephen Lee said.

Anchor Land more than doubled profits last year to P236 million as real estate sales remained robust.
