Anchor Land Launches Tower II in Paranaque, Manila

MANILA, Mar 18, 2009 (AsiaPulse via COMTEX) -- Anchor Land Holdings Inc. (PSE:ALHI), in a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on Tuesday, said it will launch Tower II of its Solemare Parksuites in ASEANA Business Park along Diosdado Macapagal Avenue in Paranaque City on March 21.

The real estate developer said the launching of the 18-storey Tower II is in response to the overwhelming market reception on its Tower 1 which was launched only last December.

"Frankly, we are surprised by how well our clients responded to Solemare Parksuites. There was an initial apprehension that the current financial crisis might affect our project, and we are just too glad to be proven wrong," said Anchor Land vice chairman Steve Li.


He said Tower II is Anchor Land's response to the strong demand for elegant and stylish residential units along the Diosdado Macapagal Avenue which is fast transforming into a shopping, cultural and entertainment center.

Li attributes the success of Solemare Parksuites to the company's innovative marketing thrusts and sales campaigns.

Anchor Land vice president Elizabeth Ventura said Solemare Parksuites' proximity to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), SM Mall of Asia (MOA) and Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR)'s Entertainment City has helped immensely in the marketing of the project.
