The contract was signed by AHLI chairman Stephen Lee King and China Bank chairman of the board Gilbert U. Dee, President/CEO Peter S. Dee and EVP/COO Ricardo R. Chua. ALHI has two condominium projects currently under construction - the Mayfair Tower on UN Avenue and the Mandarin Square in Binondo. The 5,627-sqm. lot purchased from China Bank will also be developed into a prime codominium. Witnessing the ceremonial transfer of ownership are Belenette Ching-Tan, senior manager and bank legal counsel; Eric Y. Lee, senior manager and marketing head; Ma. Alicia P. Libo-on, AVP and Acquired Assets Division head; and Analyn A. Perez, senior marketing assistant.
