High end developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. has signed up model-actress Gretchen Barretto as the official image model and endorser of its latest luxury development, the Admiral Baysuites, along the prime stretch of Roxas Boulevard in Manila.

The project includes redeveloping the historic Admiral Hotel into a European-inspired boutique hotel alongside a 53-storey luxury residential condominium that features, among others, suites that boast of their own private swimming pools inside. All units likewise have balconies that afford a perfect view of Manila Bay or the Makati skyline.

Ms Barretto, well-known for her elegance and sophisticated lifestyle that perfectly embodies the qualities of Admiral Baysuites, recently signed the endorsement contract with Ms Elizabeth Ventura, ALHI vice president for sales and marketing.
