- Graduate and licensed Electrical Engineer
- At least three (3) years experience in the same position in real state industry.
- Adept and updated with the most recent building / construction government rulings
- Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience in Auto CADD and other Engineering programs and system

- Graduate of Accounting. CPA
- At Least three (3) years of experience in the same position
- Knowledge in government reportorial requirements
- Familiarity with IPO / PSE document and requirements
- Computer literate and Knowledge in accounting software systems

- At least two (2) years work experience in the same position or function
- Meticulous on details, highly dependable
- Computer literate with knowledge in Accounting program
- Organized and can work independently

- Graduate of any business related course
- At least two (2) years experience in the same position in the same field
- Experience in conceptualizing and producing materials or visual arts
- With extensive knowledge in graphic software packages including Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, PowerPoint, Mosaic and Barcode Creator.

- Graduate of Accountancy. Must be CPA
- At least four (4) years solid and relevant work experience in auditing gained from real estate or any listed company in a managerial capacity
- Knowledge in any Accounting software is advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills, technical and analytical
